A forkable repo exposing four liftable primitives backed by a Foundry/Solidity V4 stack deployed on Arc: on-chain decision provenance (hash a decision into a JSON doc and anchor its CID), a NAVOracle plus an IndexToken that mints/burns against a freshness-gated NAV, a WhaleAttestation slash-bond contract with on-chain evidence CIDs, and a 'published decision to do nothing' artifact, plus a CCTP router and USYC park-vault wiring. A 4-agent Python orchestrator (scorer/allocator/risk/coordinator) pulls live Hyperliquid positions and hashes each decision, including HOLD, to a CID anchored on-chain via a signed rebalance() call, with a verified operator buy tx and an EOA CCTP depositForBurn.
