Warifu is a treasurer that cannot be sweet-talked. Advisory extractors in packages/extractor read invoices, then a pure, deterministic kernel in packages/kernel-core re-derives everything through typed checks k01-schema.ts … k16-breaker.ts (exact base-unit amounts, payee binding, idempotency, kernel-collected evidence, instruction-injection flags, authority limits) and returns RELEASE, HOLD, ESCALATE or REJECT with reason codes; a property test asserts model confidence can never change the verdict. services/kernel (Hono on Postgres) runs engagements, a release scheduler, a Circle relayer and an event indexer. contracts/src/SymbolonVault.sol holds the USDC and releases only against a signed attestation, enforcing per-tx, hourly and daily caps, an owner-approval threshold, delayed payee changes and a guardian pause, with 19 Foundry test files and an Arc testnet deployment at 0x00B513896E67C73fC407780cF8568fdc81596c82. packages/receipts signs EIP-712 receipts with a browser and CLI verifier, packages/attack-suite runs ATK-01..24 against the real kernel under an independent oracle, and packages/blast-radius emits a Loss Bound Certificate.
