VIGIL ships a real contract plus a Groq LLM scoring loop on Arc testnet and exposes three reusable patterns. VigilSlash (MIT) is a performance-bonded escrow that stakes USDC against a measurable off-chain metric with oracle-controlled slash execution and proportional distribution to stakers, generalizing to reputation bonds, prediction-market collateral, protocol insurance, and SLA enforcement. It also offers an oracle-bridge backend that polls an external API, scores via Groq, and signs/submits to Arc through ethers.js with secure keypair management, plus a wagmi + ConnectKit configuration for Arc testnet (chainId 5042002, custom theming, automatic network switching, two-step USDC approve and contract call).
