A forkable set of primitives for monetizable AI infrastructure on Arc: x402-gated AI reasoning, a wallet-agnostic USDC settlement abstraction, an Arc-native publishing pipeline, multi-agent reasoning pipelines, and an institutional trace engine that positions Arc as a settlement layer for autonomous intelligence. It runs as a multi-agent investment-committee terminal built on a Groq/DeepSeek (Llama 3.3 70B) committee, whose reasoning traces are x402-paywalled and published with verified Arc USDC payments. Concrete interface definitions are sketched at a relatively high level.
