Vestiarion is an AI treasury agent that pays a small business's bills in USDC on Arc, inside limits a contract enforces and a signed ledger proves. Its core primitive, contracts/VestiarionSpendingLimit.sol, lets an agent wallet call pay(to, amount, ref) against a treasury it never custodies: the treasury keeps its USDC and merely approves the contract, the owner sets daily and 7-day caps via setLimits (or halts the agent by approving zero), and no ref is ever paid twice. contracts/VestiarionEscrow.sol adds milestone escrow — lock USDC for a payee, release on verification, or reclaim after a deadline. Every agent decision is written to an Ed25519-signed, hash-chained ledger (src/lib/ledger.ts) that verifies in-browser or offline from an export, with key rotation, and a shadow mode trials the agent on real bills while settling only person-approved payments. The project ships @vestiarion/sdk on npm (typed, dependency-free, with webhook and ledger-signature checks), a REST API with an OpenAPI document, an MCP server, and signed webhooks, and routes cross-chain payouts over CCTP and Circle Gateway.
