VCCFly Guard is an MIT-licensed reference implementation of the decision-and-accounting boundary around agent purchases. Rather than another checkout example, it answers whether a proposed purchase is allowed, whether human approval is required, how budget is reserved, and how the decision is recorded. The library exposes reusable policy checks (src/policy.ts), budget reservation with commit/release and a hash-linked audit log (src/ledger.ts, src/audit.ts), human-approval gates, and Arc x402 v2 payment-requirement previews (src/x402.ts). Builders fork it and run the tests and a local example with no funded wallet. It's a clean, forkable pattern for putting spend controls and an auditable decision trail in front of an autonomous agent's purchases.
