An AI USDC-treasury agent with CCTP V2 and a live multi-chain indexer, its contract confirmed live on ArcScan. Forkable primitives include an Anthropic tool-use schema for typed CCTP actions (strict JSON validated server-side with zod for safe executable rebalancing) and a raw-key CCTP V2 executor (apps/api/src/lib/cctp-raw.ts, ~150 lines of viem-only code covering approve, depositForBurn, Iris attestation poll, and receiveMessage with progress callbacks via a direct viem path), plus a runtime-adaptive Postgres adapter that swaps @neondatabase/serverless and postgres.js for Workers versus Bun. It also ships a multi-chain USDC indexer keyed on Arc's sub-second blocks, a Haiku 4.5 risk classifier, and a Cloudflare Pages + Workers deployment recipe.
