The Arc settlement rail lives in contracts/shelter-split/: ShelterSplit.sol splits a donation, DonateRouter.sol routes it to the shelter, and CappedSpender.sol puts a hard spend cap on the funding hot wallet so a bug or compromise cannot drain it. The broader product is a genuine multi-year game with a Next.js client and CMS, a backend, and assets on several chains, with Arc handling the real-money shelter payouts.
