Tifo turns a big match into sales for small businesses. A seller lists one product, picks a match and shares a single link; fans of both teams buy and pick a side, and the ones whose team wins get money back after full time, while the seller sets a hard ceiling on what it can ever cost and a contract holds that limit. contracts/src/TifoFactory.sol deploys a per-campaign TifoAccount, and TifoFloat.sol is the cost-bounded float that caps the seller's exposure; an agent (web/lib/agent.ts, naira.ts) runs the money end to end — it picks the match, balances the offer as fans pick sides so the expected cost stays about the same whoever wins, settles the result, pays winning fans and sends the seller their share, and writes every decision on-chain with its reason. TifoFloat (0x19D1…35ee) and TifoFactory (0x7E9A…5c34) are deployed and source-verified on Arc mainnet.
