A reusable application layer on Arc's USDC primitives built from three deployed Solidity contracts with explorer-linked addresses: ThemisVault (USDC-native custody with an allocator role, per-strategy accounting, and contract-enforced 5 percent daily loss caps with auto-sideline), plus ThemisRegistry and TraceAnchor for registry-gated anchoring of SHA-256 hashes and IPFS CIDs of agent reasoning. It includes an ethers allocator that calls vault allocate/settle, three agents running the Anthropic Claude SDK, a USDC-as-native-gas wagmi/viem chain config (6-decimal, no paymaster), and an ethers/WebSocket indexer plus dashboard that polls getLogs in 9k-block chunks to work around Arc's dropped eth_newFilter subscriptions.
