TheGaffer
TheGaffer puts a football team's tactics in the crowd's hands. Spectators hold a button to stream USDC micropayments toward tactical options during timed decision windows, and the option with the most settled USDC wins. lib/match-engine.ts drives the match clock and schedules eight decision windows, while a Claude-powered manager (lib/manager.ts, lib/anthropic.ts) narrates choices and lib/match-simulator.ts generates play from the current tactics. Settlement is real x402 on Arc: lib/settlement.ts signs from Circle developer-controlled custodial wallets with BatchEvmScheme, and lib/gateway.ts settles through @circle-fin/x402-batching. An AI scout and an opponent coach round out the agent lineup across 18 React components.
