Thale exposes three reusable primitives from its public repo with no setup beyond environment variables: a dependency-free raw JSON-RPC client for Arc testnet that reads USYC Teller rates and USDC/EURC balances, useful for any agent needing live Arc state; a Groq + Gemini dual-LLM reasoning layer that turns structured market state into typed JSON decisions, droppable into any agentic strategy; and AgoraEconomicRouter.sol, a performance-bond and reasoning-trace registry contract with USDC staking, slashing, and on-chain trace pinning.
