Taxee provides a forkable stack for treating Arc as a structured tax-compliance ledger: every disposal writes a typed ArcRecord (lot ID, cost basis, proceeds, realized gain/loss, holding period, chain, tx hash, and LLM reasoning) that aggregates into a downloadable Form 8949 projection. It ships TaxeeLotRegistry.sol, an on-chain keccak256 hash-commitment anchor for off-chain records, an ArcWriter TypeScript adapter for writing financial-reporting-schema records, and an MCP server tool (taxee_get_arc_records) for agents to pull compliance data. Deployed on Arc testnet with on-chain receipts, it functions as an after-tax-return optimizer over lot selection and USYC maturation.
