Tamias
Tamias is a command-line treasurer for a business that agents pay. The Node.js CLI (src/cli.js sync and report) reads USDC settlements of an x402 API business on Base through src/sources/base.js and src/sources/cdp.js, three-way-matches them against the service journal in src/reconcile.js, and posts them into a hash-chained JSONL double-entry ledger in src/ledger.js; src/counterparty.js traces payer funders and screens poisoned transfers. src/agent.js sends a books briefing to an OpenAI-compatible model constrained to REFUND/TOPUP/SWEEP/FLAG actions with a planByRules() fallback, and src/policy.js evaluate() re-derives every amount against config/policy.json payees, per-action and daily caps, operating float and a human-approval threshold. Payments execute on Arc in src/arc.js through the Memo contract (0x5294E9927c3306DcBaDb03fe70b92e01cCede505) with memo ids derived from action ids, fail-closed log scans and recovery that books on-chain payments missing from the ledger, and src/bridge.js sweeps Base to Arc over CCTP with @circle-fin/bridge-kit under a fee ceiling. 21 tests cover ledger, policy and bridge logic.
I build production AI agents with Claude, MCP and Next.js. Shipped and running. Guadeloupe, UTC-4, same hours as the US East Coast.
