Tami is the account an operator gives its agents. contracts/src/BudgetPolicy.sol enforces the mandate on chain: a per-action cap, a trailing 24-hour cap, a reserve floor, an attested payee list with cooling-off and Watch/Propose/Autopilot modes, reverting with typed errors such as OverPerActionCap and PayeeCoolingOff. PasskeyPrincipal.sol owns the account through a verifier registry (Secp256k1Verifier, P256WebAuthnVerifier, MlDsaVerifier) with guardian recovery. The Rust operator in crates/operator pays recurring bills on an Autopilot interval, buys from x402 v2 sellers (x402.rs), reads Circle Gateway balances (watch.rs) and exposes an MCP server (mcp.rs) so outside agents can purchase inside the mandate; a Claude or Ollama reasoner returns only an ordering with reasons through a strict JSON schema. crates/ledger is a double-entry book whose symbolon.rs records carry three signature slots (agent, counterparty, chain witness), with roots anchored on chain by MemoryAnchor and momentum.rs folding event logs into burn rate and runway. apps/home adds CCTP v2 funding (cctp.ts), and README claims point to replayable files under proof/.
