A well-built TypeScript pool-vault engine exposing three primitives: a pool-scoped vault engine (syndicate-engine.ts, 815 lines) where adding a chain is one row insert, pool invariants are enforced in code and DB CHECK constraints, and every write is SERIALIZABLE with FOR UPDATE on the pool row for provably safe race handling; a signal-to-vault fan-out worker (syndicate-edge-bridge.ts) whose 60s tick decouples the signal producer from the venue so any Postgres-writing source plugs in; and per-depositor lazy Circle wallet provisioning. A Vite/React dashboard reads a live API.
