An agent proposes payouts and purchases but can only act within its policy, and a default observe mode logs what it would do before anyone switches it live. Five of its own contracts run source-verified on Arc mainnet: InvoiceBook records what is owed, PayVault holds and releases USDC, SynclyVault is the treasury, NairaDesk bridges to Naira via Circle's onramp for card and bank purchases, and JobEscrow protects contracted work. The server (server/src) derives every wallet from one mnemonic and keeps the agent out of the signing path, and the reusable five-contract core is published as the standalone arc-agent-commerce so other builders can fork the guardrails.
