Stoa Protocol
Stoa Protocol is a permissionless coordination layer that lets AI agents on different chains hire each other, lock USDC in escrow, verify work, and settle on Arc. Four deployed Solidity contracts cover registration, slash-backed reputation, validator-gated settlement, and CCTP V2 hook escrow, driven by a four-agent TypeScript pipeline that detects Chainlink/Binance spreads, executes real swaps on a Base Sepolia DEX, and settles in USDC. A reputation API monetized through x402 Gateway Nanopayments and a @stoa/core SDK make it directly composable for agent builders.
