StableBonds brings corporate treasury automation to Arc testnet. Idle USDC and EURC are allocated into staggered bond ladders with 30- to 365-day maturities, split across senior and junior tranches, through contracts/src/StableBondsVault.sol, while an OTC secondary market in StableBondsOTC.sol lets holders trade seasoned bond tokens for immediate liquidity. Users authenticate with ERC-4337 biometric smart accounts using WebAuthn passkeys, with Circle Gas Station paymaster sponsorship. An AI relayer translates invoice details into bond-purchase intents behind an x402 micropayment gate, and AgentRegistry.sol, MultiSigProposal.sol, and ComplianceRegistry.sol round out the contract suite. A Next.js dashboard lives in the app directory, with docker-compose.yml orchestrating local development.
