SettleKit pairs a USDC checkout with an agent-run treasury for Arc. Its core is OperatorVault.sol (contracts/src): a policy-capped vault an AI operator can run but never drain — revenue splits into OPERATING, TAX, YIELD and REFUND buckets, payouts are bounded by per-transaction and daily caps against a payee allowlist, and anything above escalateAbove only reserves funds and emits an Escalated event for the owner to approve. The @settlekit/operator package (packages/operator) drives it — a policy engine (engine.ts), allocation and bill/refund flows, a hash-chained decision log (decision-log.ts), an arc-live.ts verify-against-Arc endpoint and a viem vault executor, with Circle wallet support and a public proof API. Foundry contracts add SettleKitEscrow.sol, RecursiveSplitDistributor.sol and AgentReputationBond.sol. Hosted checkout with signed webhooks delivers license-key, GitHub and Discord access on USDC payment, and the monorepo ships SDKs for Go, Python and Rust.
