SettleKit is a commerce OS for selling software in USDC. The pnpm monorepo spans 29 apps and 109 packages: a checkout, merchant dashboard, marketplace, and customer portal in apps/, with packages/ covering escrow, subscriptions, license-keys, entitlements, treasury, compliance, refunds, and ERC-8004/ERC-8183 agent modules. Foundry contracts in contracts/src include SettleKitEscrow.sol, AgentReputationBond.sol, LeptonStreamSettlement.sol, RecursiveSplitDistributor.sol, and SettleKitCctpHook.sol. A Go x402 payment gateway lives in services/x402-gateway beside an arc-indexer, license-gateway, and webhook-relay, and SDKs ship for Go, Python, and Rust under sdks/. The flow is direct: connect GitHub, create a product, set a USDC price, and access delivery fires when payment confirms on Arc.
