SendSure is a payables agent that pays contractors and vendors in USDC on Arc without letting the agent move money on its own. Each payee proves its payout address once per payer by signing with it (EIP-712) via PayeeRegistry, so a changed bank/wallet detail has to be re-proven; MandateFactory and Mandate hold the spending mandate the agent must act inside; and an Odoo integration reads the bill, takes the vendor signature and a human co-sign, pays, and records the result back in Odoo. The web app uses Circle modular wallets and x402 batching for metered, per-call payments, and the reusable logic is split into packages/core and packages/chain. PayeeRegistry, MandateFactory and Mandate are deployed and source-verified on Arc mainnet.
