Roda is a trustless Rotating Savings and Credit Association (ROSCA) protocol on Arc. Foundry smart contracts run the full circle lifecycle: contracts/src/SavingsCircle.sol handles join, contribute, closeRound, claimPayout, and collateral withdrawal, while contracts/src/CircleFactory.sol deploys and indexes circles for discovery. Every member locks one round of contribution as collateral, and the contract automatically tops up the pot from that deposit if a member defaults. A 13-test suite in contracts/test/SavingsCircle.t.sol covers the core contract. The Next.js frontend in web/ pairs Wagmi and Viem with an AI Liquidity Guardian: routes at web/src/app/api/bailout and web/src/app/api/agent let an autonomous risk agent trigger on-chain bailouts through Circle Developer-Controlled Wallets.
