Rheo is a metered security firewall for AI agents that browse the web. An agent posts a URL to the app/api/v1 secure-proxy endpoint; Rheo fetches the page, scores prompt-injection risk with an LLM evaluator (lib/evaluator.ts, Groq Llama), and returns the content unmodified, sanitized, or quarantined. A deterministic formula in lib/fee.ts prices each request by risk and content size, so the evaluator's judgment verifiably drives the fee. Payment settles as a USDC nanopayment on Arc Testnet through Circle's x402/Gateway flow in lib/x402.ts, with gas-free EIP-3009 authorizations. Every request is logged to Supabase (lib/supabase.ts) and rendered on a live dashboard, and the fail-closed design resolves any evaluator or payment error to quarantine.
