render is an autonomous web-browsing agent with a hard spending cap. Given a goal and a budget, an orchestrator (backend/src/orchestrator.ts) plans the errand, opens JavaScript-heavy pages in real headless Chromium via Playwright (backend/src/render-service.ts), and pays a $0.001 USDC fare per page over x402 with Circle Gateway on Arc. After each page the agent weighs remaining budget against expected value before spending again, then synthesizes one answer with a receipt of every fare paid. A publishers path (backend/src/publishers.ts) routes page fees to site owners, and a React task console (src/TaskConsole.tsx) fronts the agent.
