Quorail
Quorail is a USDC treasury on Arc that tells an agent what a payment changes before it pays. lib/core/finance.ts is a pure TypeScript consequence engine: outstanding, exposure, forecast and evaluateConsequences compute available liquidity, upcoming obligations and the operating reserve a candidate payment would breach, independent of any model or chain. lib/server/agent.ts sends the candidate, balance, reserve and competing obligations to Claude for a pay, hold or escalate call, and the code overrides toward hold or escalate whenever the math or on-chain limits disagree, so the model can be more cautious, never less. contracts/QuorailVault.sol holds the USDC with a single owner and agent, a recipient allowlist, an autonomous cap, per-payment and daily limits, pause, replay-protected pay(recipient, amount, paymentId) and owner approvePayment above the cap. lib/server/execute.ts and arc.ts submit the transaction with receipt verification and RPC failover, a daily Vercel cron (vercel.json, /api/agent/cron) runs the cycle, and owners sign in with OKX, MetaMask or Rabby through EIP-6963 to reach the console.
