Quanta lets npm package authors get paid per function call. An author wraps a function with a meter (quanta-meter.js), and each invocation signs an off-chain x402 authorization that settles a sub-cent USDC nanopayment to the author through Circle Gateway on Arc via the app/api/meter/[projectId] endpoint. The Next.js platform ships a dashboard with an integration guide plus project, wallet, and usage APIs under app/api, backed by a Prisma data layer. A TypeScript SDK lives in quanta-sdk, and two working example packages, quanta-hello-pkg and quants-test-pkg, demonstrate the metered-publish flow end to end.
