PropFraction fractionalizes real estate on Arc Testnet. A master-child factory in contracts/contracts/PropFraction.sol issues each property as its own ERC-20 share token and distributes pro-rata rental yields in USDC through a Synthetix-style accumulatedYieldPerShare accounting pattern that settles yields in O(1). contracts/contracts/PropFractionAMM.sol supplies a built-in AMM secondary market for exit liquidity, alongside PropertyEscrow.sol and AgentRegistry.sol, all wired through Hardhat deploy scripts such as contracts/deploy_all.js. The Next.js frontend integrates Circle wallets, including custodial treasury operations via src/app/api/circle/treasury, behind a dark dashboard with property listings, deed hashes, x402 support in src/lib/x402.ts, and live yield trackers.
