PayLoad sells the seconds your coding agent spends thinking. A Claude Code plugin (plugin/payload) renders context-matched ads in the status line and reports impressions and dwell via hooks, pairing each developer through a link code. The Next.js app in web/ runs the marketplace: a matching agent and second-price auction in src/lib/matching.ts, x402-based ad serving under src/app/api/serve, and a SQLite-backed ledger with batched USDC settlement on Arc testnet in src/lib/settlement.ts and onchain.ts. Advertiser budgets and the developer revenue split live on-chain in contracts/src/PayLoadEscrow.sol, a Foundry project with tests and a deploy script, while src/lib/circleWallets.ts and gateway.ts wire in Circle Wallets and Gateway payouts. Advertiser and earner dashboards round out the loop.
