PayIT is a non-custodial Telegram wallet bot for holding USDC and EURC while transacting in local fiat. The bot (bot.js) pairs with an AI agent layer in agent/ that routes intents through agent/intent_router.js and parses voice and images via agent/voice_parser.js and agent/vision_parser.js, so users can trigger payments and invoices multimodally. Core wallet, FX, swap, off-ramp, and ledger logic lives in src/ — including src/gateway.js for Circle Gateway cross-chain USDC minting onto Arc — and invoices settle through contracts/InvoiceSettlement.sol built with Hardhat. Business features round it out: SVG invoice and receipt generation, payee books, savings, cashflow tracking, and OTP-guarded flows.
