Patron is an agent that runs a company's contractor spend in USDC on Arc. The daemon in daemon/src/index.ts polls every 15 seconds: BriefGenerator writes the brief, ApplicationScorer picks hires against a threshold, WorkReviewer and VisionReviewer judge deliverables through groqStructured (daemon/src/groq/structured.ts), and AgentClient.ts gates approveMilestone versus disputeMilestone on the result. daemon/src/web3/secureflow.ts wraps the SecureFlow UUPS escrow at 0xbdeb44945979a01584fd7d796a71c707d2f83372 on Arc mainnet with createEscrow, acceptFreelancer, submitMilestone, submitRating and chunked, resumable disputeAwards log reads. Contractors get Circle developer-controlled wallets (daemon/src/circle/circleSigner.ts), web3/cctp.ts burns USDC to a payee's own chain via CCTP v2 with IRIS attestation lookup, web3/yield.ts opts escrows into the SecureFlowYield controller, circle/gateway.ts enforces per-call and daily spend caps, and circle/x402-seller.ts paywalls the daemon's API. A Telegram bot (workers/telegram.ts) lets people find work and deliver from a chat; the Vite front end in web/ shows every decision.
