A TypeScript orchestrator for prediction-market arbitrage on Arc. It spawns the published @gonzih/poly-scout MCP server for smart-money signals, sizes bets with deterministic Kelly criterion math, and wraps Circle sandbox wallets alongside an Arc JSON-RPC reader. The Arc JSON-RPC client and Circle Wallets bindings are intended for extraction as standalone packages but are not yet split out, so the forkable source is the orchestrator repo itself.
