Oracle is an autonomous prediction-market agent that reads live Polymarket markets, estimates true probability with LLM reasoning, sizes via Kelly, and publishes signed picks on Arc Testnet through a PickLedger contract with a sha256 reasoning hash. A Next.js and viem frontend renders the pick feed and routes Polymarket V2 orders with a bytes32 builder code attached, a CCTPv2 bridge built on Circle Bridge Kit moves USDC fees to the agent treasury on Arc, and a ReputationRegistry records realized PnL. Foundry tests cover both contracts and a passkey-based Circle smart account is included.
