Opes is an AI treasury operator for business payables. Invoices arrive by upload or inbound email, backend/src/invoice-model.service.ts extracts them with DeepSeek and proposes PAY, DELAY or ESCALATE with a rationale, and decision.service.ts derives the executable action deterministically: any BLOCK check forces REJECT, any REQUIRES_APPROVAL forces ESCALATE, and the model chooses only inside tenant policy limits. Each organization gets isolated on-chain infrastructure from Foundry contracts: OrganizationFactory deploys a BusinessPolicyVault (budgets, vendor limits, approvals, pauses, replay protection) and a MilestoneEscrow, and evm-decision-hash.ts binds every payment to the exact invoice, vendor, amount and policy. Money moves through Circle developer-controlled wallets (circle-wallet.service.ts: wallet sets, transfers, contract execution, signTypedData), with CCTP and Gateway adapters routing USDC liquidity between Arc and Base (liquidity-execution-worker.service.ts, cctp-calldata.ts). Idempotent workers, payment reconciliation and a balanced double-entry ledger (ledger.service.ts) close the loop behind a NestJS API and a Next.js/Privy frontend.
