Openrails.
OpenRails is a clearing and settlement rail for streamed work on Arc. A payer signs a bounded intent, funds clear into a non-custodial on-chain vault, value settles to the recipient as work is performed, and unused residual returns automatically — escrow bounded by construction so no bug or runaway agent can move more than was signed for. Parallel agent payments run on Dynamic Authorization Lanes. The SettlementIntent carries a 2D nonce (nonceChannel, nonceValue) and _consumeNonce advances each channel independently through the accountNonceTracks map, so exercising one authorization never invalidates another from the same signer. The contracts span contracts/ArcOpenRailsHubV1.sol and a V2 factory line (ArcOpenRailsHubV2Initializable.sol, ArcOpenRailsFactoryV1.sol) with EIP-1271 smart accounts, gasless relaying, and on-chain receipts, backed by Hardhat and Foundry suites. Tooling is broad: the openrails-sdk package with CLI, an openrails-mcp agent server, a stream-gateway metering service, and a React cockpit dashboard.
