Openrails.
OpenRails is a clearing and settlement rail for streamed work on Arc. A payer signs a bounded intent, funds clear into a non-custodial on-chain vault, value settles to the recipient as work is performed, and unused residual returns automatically — with escrow bounded by construction so no bug or runaway agent can move more than was signed for. The contracts span contracts/ArcOpenRailsHubV1.sol and a V2 factory line (ArcOpenRailsHubV2Initializable.sol, ArcOpenRailsFactoryV1.sol) supporting EIP-1271 smart accounts, gasless relaying, nonce lanes for parallel agent payments, and on-chain receipts, backed by Hardhat and Foundry test suites. Tooling is equally broad: the openrails-sdk package with CLI, an openrails-mcp agent server, a stream-gateway metering service, and a React cockpit dashboard.
