Open3DKesuni is the order desk of a 3D-print studio, run by an AI agent that cannot touch money. A Claude "Chief" (src/lib/agent/chief.ts, src/lib/agent/tools.ts) prices orders by weight, picks a production plan and a printer and messages the customer, while a pure policy engine in src/lib/policy.ts and src/lib/owner-rules.ts decides every release and refund: customer acceptance, QC evidence, approved recipient, exact quote amount, budget and the owner's limits. Payment tools are filtered out of the agent's tool list in code and a test asserts hasPaymentTool is false. Each order gets two Circle developer-controlled SCA wallets on Arc (src/lib/circle.ts, @circle-fin/developer-controlled-wallets); src/lib/escrow.ts persists a UUID idempotency key before every Circle call, so retries never pay twice. src/lib/arc-verify.ts then re-reads each transfer over viem RPC and accepts it only when the receipt succeeded in a canonical block with exactly one matching USDC Transfer log. A Bambu Lab printer bridge (scripts/printer-bridge.mjs) feeds machine state in as evidence. The repo ships 1,218 vitest cases across 109 files.
