NanoVPN
NanoVPN meters bandwidth and charges by the byte. Humans pick a city on a world map and watch USDC stream out as data flows; AI agents hit an x402 endpoint and pay USDC per request for geo-located egress from a chosen city. The monorepo splits into apps/web (the Next.js map and payment UI), apps/edge-node (an HTTP proxy with a byte meter and payment gate), apps/agent (an autonomous Claude-driven buyer that reasons about a goal and a budget), and packages/core. Every request follows a verify, deliver, settle sequence, so a failed request is never charged, and settlements are batched off-chain and netted on-chain through Circle Gateway on Arc.
