NanoProof pays creators when AI agents cite their work. The citation runtime in packages/agent detects citations in agent responses, attributes them to registered creators by wallet, domain, or platform handle, and triggers a sub-cent USDC payment on Arc. Settlement runs through the open x402 HTTP 402 standard: apps/api/src/x402/x402.service.ts issues the challenge, accepts a signed EIP-3009 authorization, and checks the resulting transaction against ArcScan's Blockscout API. Every SettlementProof is hash-chained in apps/api/src/modules/payments/payments.service.ts, making a creator's full payment history independently auditable. The pnpm/Turbo monorepo pairs the NestJS 11 + Prisma backend with a Next.js dashboard in apps/web and shared Zod schemas in packages/shared, backed by extensive e2e and unit tests.
