Misthos lets a project fund a USDC vault and have an agent pay contributors for real work. packages/contracts/src/MisthosVault.sol enforces per-payout, per-round and rolling 24-hour caps (spentInWindow), an owner-approval threshold, a cooldown for new payee wallets, idempotent payout IDs and pause and withdraw, with proposeRound, approveRound and executeRound separating the agent's proposal from settlement; MisthosVaultFactory.sol deploys one EIP-1167 clone per campaign, and 77 Foundry tests with fuzz, invariant and fork suites cover both. packages/agent/src/pipeline.ts runs deterministic checks first (linked account, round window, simhash.ts dedup, injection.ts guards) before judge.ts asks Claude Haiku 4.5 for rubric scores through a forced record_judgment tool, then signs a decision record anyone can verify on the public audit page. apps/worker processes rounds on pg-boss queues and signs through a Circle developer-controlled wallet (apps/worker/src/circle.ts).
