Misthos connects verified software deliverables to milestone payouts. A client funds milestones in native USDC in the MisthosEscrow contract (contracts/MisthosEscrow.sol) on Arc; a contractor submits GitHub evidence such as pull requests, commit hashes and test reports, collected by src/lib/github-evidence.ts. The evaluator agent (src/lib/agents/evaluator-agent.ts) scores that evidence against the milestone's acceptance criteria through an OpenAI-compatible model with a heuristic fallback, and the treasury agent (src/lib/agents/treasury-agent.ts) applies fixed invariants, an approved verdict, no failed tests, risk below HIGH and amount within the milestone cap, before signing an EIP-712 oracle attestation with a server-held key (getOracleWallet). The contract verifies the attestation, enforces replay protection and per-milestone caps, and releases funds once the client confirms. mizo-agent.ts adds a chat tool-caller over the same data, src/lib/escrow-client.ts wraps the contract calls through ethers and MetaMask, and a Next.js App Router frontend with SQLite-backed auth ties the flow together.
