Misthos
Misthos is an agent kit for invoice payment timing. Two independently run agent processes (agent/src/runners/supplier.ts and buyer.ts) exchange signed early-payment offers over HTTP with replay and expiry protection (agent/src/protocol/messages.ts) until the price of getting paid early is agreed, then settle USDC on Arc through InvoiceBook (contract/src/InvoiceBook.sol): EIP-712 invoices and offers, on-chain caps, disputes, and a flat-argument settleEarlyFlat path for wallets that cannot encode structs. RoleRegistry.sol pins a permanent one-time role per wallet with sponsored registration and ERC-1271 support. The model proposes, code decides: an Anthropic or Groq model fills a strict schema for the opening discount and risk flags, and the pure function agent/src/core/decide.ts applies eligibility, credit exposure, liquidity floor and daily caps, with ERC-8004 reputation (agent/src/identity/erc8004.ts) able only to lower limits. Decisions land in a hash-chained, wallet-signed log, and Circle Agent Wallets run through the adapter in agent/src/wallets/circleCli.ts, backed by a backend indexer and relayer and Foundry fuzz tests.
