A fork-and-run repo (AGPL-3.0, with a 90-second demo-full-cycle.ts) exposing reusable agent-to-contract modules: lib/circle-w3s.ts wraps W3S as a typed agent signer with RSA-OAEP entity-secret encryption, contract-execution polling, a USDC transfer helper, and a public-key cache; lib/cctp.ts adds a browser CCTP V2 stepper with Iris polling and source-chain switching; plus a multi-agent council orchestration template, a keyless deploy script, a Gateway proxy/balance widget, a provider-agnostic LLM call, and Kelly-sized staking. It runs an AI-settled P2P claim market end-to-end.
