A compliance-safe research-agent pattern with deterministic scoring, evidence hashing, recommendation hashing, and a compact on-chain reasoning receipt. The FastAPI/Python pipeline ingests live Mandarin sources (Eastmoney news, A-share indices), runs a deterministic scoring/pricing engine producing direction/probability/edge/risk, uses an OpenAI-compatible LLM strictly as an explanation layer, and reads Polymarket Gamma read-only. It writes evidence and recommendation hashes on-chain via web3.py to a deployed ReasoningRegistry contract on Arc, with no custody or order execution.
