Lumbung is an AI treasurer for a watch-to-earn platform. Viewer redemptions on OWatch are paid in USDC on Arc through a bounded agent loop: web/src/agent/snapshot.ts builds a solvency and velocity snapshot, web/src/agent/rules.ts applies deterministic policy, and web/src/agent/llm.ts only chooses among already-permitted actions (PAY, HOLD, ESCALATE, REJECT) with a reasoning string and risk score that decide.ts can downgrade. web/src/agent/execute.ts runs each decision exactly once, calling createContractExecutionTransaction from @circle-fin/developer-controlled-wallets in web/src/lib/circle.ts. The Foundry contract contracts/src/LumbungVault.sol enforces per-category perTxCap and dailyCap budgets, requestApproval/approve owner gates and pause, and emits Paid events carrying a reason hash for every agent decision; LumbungVault.t.sol holds 17 tests alongside 94 vitest cases. Telegram approvals (web/src/lib/telegram.ts), HMAC-signed OWatch webhooks and a cron-driven POST /api/agent/tick round out a reusable policy-vault plus decision-engine template.
