It ships three Foundry/Solidity 0.8.24 contracts deployed on Arc (an offer/query/attest/rate ledger with on-chain EMA reputation) and a Python SDK doing genuine EIP-3009 receiveWithAuthorization settlement against Arc native USDC with verified domain-separator preflight, plus an x402 402-envelope flow. Specialist agents call GPT-4o-mini and real data APIs (Dexscreener, Polymarket, Etherscan), with settlement submitted on-chain via web3.py. The cognition-commerce core is fully implemented.
