Keyarc is a shared-money layer for teams on Arc — the coordination tier above single payments. Its Collective contracts (deployed via a source-verified CollectiveFactory on Arc mainnet) hold invoices whose shares every contributor agrees to on-chain or through a relayable EIP-712 signature, then pay out claim-by-claim so one failed transfer never blocks the rest, with per-member payout addresses, an optional shared-costs reserve, and member votes behind a timelock. Agent spend is bounded by the contract itself: the agent can't set shares, pays only vote-allowlisted payees, is capped per month, and every action carries a single-use reference to a sealed decision record. Adds an Arc Memo pay link, a CCTP v2 fast-transfer path from Base, and a keyless Arc-mainnet log index, with a deep Foundry test suite (settlement, approvals, attribution, agent-guards, hardening).
