Kawase is a voice-first money agent on Arc: it compares routes for swaps, bridges and earning, turns each request into a versioned, hashed action draft with a clear approval, and lets its agent act only inside a capped, revocable wallet grant — anything outside it needs the user's own signature. The grant and execution use EIP-7702/ERC-7710 delegation (MetaMask smart-accounts-kit plus the on-chain DelegationManager and an ERC-20 period-transfer caveat enforcer, both live on Arc mainnet), so spending authority is bounded on-chain rather than by a prompt. A pnpm monorepo splits the system into reusable packages — packages/intents and packages/policy for hashed drafts and decision gates, packages/integrations/delegation and packages/wallet for grant setup, exact-call execution and revocation — while apps/api wires Circle developer-controlled wallets, onramp and x402 batching with net-of-fee route comparison across venues (apps/api/src/bridge/compare.ts, swap/venues.ts).
