Hodd Finance
Hodd Finance is a liquidity-first USDC treasury console on Arc that keeps a user's upcoming bills covered before it puts any idle cash to work. Its core is HoddieVault with HoddieVaultFactory — non-custodial, deterministic (CREATE2) per-user vaults where the owner stays the user and an operator (such as a Circle developer-controlled agent wallet) can only move funds to allowlisted destinations: ERC-4626 strategies, approved bill recipients up to a cap, or back to the owner. HoddUSYCVault is a pooled ERC-4626-style wrapper that acts as the single Circle-allowlisted USYC holder, so users earn USYC yield from plain USDC without being allowlisted themselves. A deterministic treasury engine separates protected capital (obligations due within 30 days + buffer + pending) from deployable capital and builds funding plans across wallet cash, Morpho and USYC; a bounded Earn flow adds gas-ceilinged quotes, exact receipt verification and execution leases; an Autopilot agent pays owner-approved bills on their due date under hard engine/allowlist limits; and a Claude MCP connector exposes read-and-prepare with user-signed, HMAC-confirmed money moves.
