HeliOS is an AI financial operating system. A Next.js frontend and FastAPI backend coordinate eight autonomous agents — Budget, Payment, Treasury, Procurement, API Cost, Reporting, Optimization, and Notification — that manage budgets, route payments, and track API spending across providers. All transactions flow through a single Payment Agent wallet that the Treasury agent auto-funds, with encrypted wallet custody and full audit trails. USDC settles natively on Arc, and sub-cent x402 nanopayments run through Circle Gateway via backend/circle_gateway.py and backend/x402_middleware.py. A Mission Control natural-language command surface, executive KPI dashboards, and per-transaction drilldowns live under frontend/src/app/(dashboard), alongside a standalone autonomous buyer agent CLI in agent/.
