Haulwise is an on-chain delivery-and-logistics escrow for Arc. Its CargoBill contract (contracts/CargoBill.sol, source-verified on Arc mainnet) runs a multi-step delivery lifecycle with on-chain timestamps: funds release permissionlessly on a timeout, refund on a missed deadline, and disputes split via an arbiter with its own timeout fallback, while per-party reputation counters accrue from completed deliveries. An agent policy layer keeps the model out of the signing decision. Ships Foundry tests (CargoBill.t.sol) and a deploy script/broadcast; a public app at haulwise-arc.vercel.app walks a shipment end to end.
