FractoAsset is an RWA tokenization protocol built for Arc testnet. The contracts/ directory implements the full asset lifecycle: RWA.sol fractionalizes assets into ERC-20 shares, RWAYieldVault.sol distributes rent through checkpointed time-weighted balance snapshots, and ComplianceRegistry.sol with RWAMetadataRegistry.sol handles gating and asset data. Secondary liquidity runs two ways — constant-product pools in RWAAMM.sol with slippage and oracle-deviation protection, and zero-slippage P2P orders with atomic escrow in FractoAssetMarket.sol. RWALendingPool.sol lets holders draw USDC credit lines against shares with interest accrual, health-factor monitoring, and liquidations, while ERC8183JobSettlement.sol settles maintenance jobs with registered AI agents. A Next.js frontend, StableFXInterface.sol for USDC/EURC settlement, and Hardhat tooling complete the stack.
